1. Appointment Policy
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
We require that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments are carried out in advance of 48 hours. A cancellation fee of $349 will apply if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment.
2. Consultation
A consultation is required before any treatment.
A non-refundable $349 deposit is required upon booking. this is redeemable off treatment, it is non-refundable in case of cancellation or rescheduling without sufficient notice.
During the consultation, the risks, benefits, and alternatives of the proposed treatment will be discussed.
3. Treatment Consent
Before undergoing any procedure, you will be required to sign a consent form indicating your understanding of the treatment, its potential risks, and expected outcomes.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash and card.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
However, we require at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in your deposit not being refunded.
6. Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are paramount.
We adhere to strict confidentiality standards and will not disclose your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Treatment Results
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, individual outcomes may vary.
We do not guarantee specific results, as they depend on various factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care instructions.

Follow-up appointments may be necessary to monitor your progress and ensure optimal results. Please follow all post-treatment care instructions provided by our medical team to minimise risks and maximise results.

CeceCosmetica will not be liable for any refunds in the event that the patient (you) changes their mind or deems the outcome of results as unsatisfactory.
10. Liability
CeceCosmetica and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from treatments performed, except in cases of negligence.
11. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
